Voer als Service Technician Mechanical / Mechanisch Monteur offshore inspecties, mechanical maintenance en reparaties uit aan kritische installaties op schepen, yards en werkplaatsen. Je zorgt dat mechanische systemen als rotating equipment, lieren, tandwielkasten en hijs- en handlingsystemen betrouwbaar blijven draaien tijdens complexe offshore construction projecten. Ongeveer 15 weken per jaar werk je offshore, de rest onshore op locaties in Nederland. Daarmee heb je directe impact op de veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en performance van zwaar maritiem materieel.
Je komt te werken bij een internationaal offshore installatie- en constructiebedrijf dat grootschalige offshore projecten realiseert met een eigen vloot van zware constructie- en pijpenlegschepen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en onderhoudt complexe mechanische systemen zoals lieren, tandwielkasten, rotating equipment, hijs- en handlingsystemen en overige marine machinery voor offshore construction en subsea werkzaamheden. De organisatie investeert continu in techniek en verbetering van betrouwbaarheid en operationele gereedheid van de vloot. Daarbij wordt gebruikgemaakt van moderne IT- en onderhoudssystemen, waaronder ERP-software (zoals IFS ERP) en interne systemen voor documentatie en rapportage. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn vastgelegd in strikte procedures en men werkt volgens relevante classificatieregels en mechanical safety standards. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines (mechanisch, hydraulisch, elektrotechnisch, constructie) en ondersteunt zowel projecten offshore als werkzaamheden in de werkplaatsen en op de werven in Nederland. You analyze issues in fast chargers (approx. 20 kW to 500 kW), determine the right intervention and support service partners worldwide. The core of your work: quickly and accurately diagnosing, taking over cases from first line support and ensuring installations are reliably back online. This way, you directly contribute to zero-emission mobility and the further scaling up of charging infrastructure in the Netherlands and beyond.
As Team Lead Remote Service Engineers DC chargers / technical specialist EV charging solutions, you lead the remote support team and are responsible for solving complex faults on AC and DC charging systems fully remotely. You analyze issues with fast chargers (approx. 20 kW to 500 kW), determine the right intervention and support service partners worldwide. In your role as team lead, you coordinate the team, monitor escalated cases and ensure qualitative, timely resolution. You are the technical point of contact for customer-oriented service operations and stimulate knowledge sharing within the team. Your impact: fast and accurate diagnosis, taking over cases from first line support and ensuring installations reliably come back online. Bied als Medior Remote Support Engineer DC Chargers/technical support engineer e-mobility remote ondersteuning bij storingen aan DC-snelladers (20kW–500kW) wereldwijd. Je analyseert data uit cloud-connected service systemen, stuurt SLA-gestuurd case management voor key accounts en ondersteunt software rollouts. Met gerichte remote diagnostics en technische documentatie vergroot je de beschikbaarheid van duizenden laadpunten en versnel je emissievrije mobiliteit. Je werkt primair in avond- en weekenddiensten en bent een cruciale schakel tussen field service, klanten en Tier 3-experts.
