As Team Lead Remote Service Engineers DC chargers / technical specialist EV charging solutions, you lead the remote support team and are responsible for solving complex faults on AC and DC charging systems fully remotely. You analyze issues with fast chargers (approx. 20 kW to 500 kW), determine the right intervention and support service partners worldwide. In your role as team lead, you coordinate the team, monitor escalated cases and ensure qualitative, timely resolution. You are the technical point of contact for customer-oriented service operations and stimulate knowledge sharing within the team. Your impact: fast and accurate diagnosis, taking over cases from first line support and ensuring installations reliably come back online. This directly contributes to zero-emission mobility and scaling up charging infrastructure in the Netherlands and beyond.
You will work for an international manufacturer of charging solutions for electric vehicles, active in the full chain from development to maintenance. Als Freelance Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer stuur je teams van engineers en tekenaars aan. Je ontwerpt, coördineert en optimaliseert technische installaties voor verschillende opdrachtgevers en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit van start tot oplevering. Daarbij werk je met tools als AutoCAD en Revit en zorg je dat ontwerpen technisch kloppen, uitvoerbaar zijn en voldoen aan de eisen van de klant.
Stuur als Lead Engineer / technisch projectleider elektrotechniek multidisciplinaire projecten voor beweegbare bruggen, tunnels en sluizen aan. Je vertaalt eisen van opdrachtgevers naar elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische ontwerpen en begeleidt het volledige traject van concept tot detailengineering. De kern van je werk ligt bij het realiseren van veilige, betrouwbare infrastructuurinstallaties door een projectteam van 2–5 engineers inhoudelijk en organisatorisch te leiden, inclusief ontwerpkeuzes, budgetbewaking en planning.
Als freelance Senior/Lead Engineer Werktuigbouwkundige Installaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke aansturing en kwaliteitsborging van het WT-engineeringsteam bij een grote technisch dienstverlener in Arnhem. Je beoordeelt klantvragen op technische haalbaarheid, begeleidt bestekmatig werk en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten, projectleiders en interne disciplines. Je werkt zelfstandig aan meerdere utiliteitsprojecten en bewaakt de consistentie, voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk. Je krijgt veel autonomie en bent sparringpartner voor zowel het team als de opdrachtgever.
