Functieomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als Lead Electrical Engineer

  • Supervising interface and system engineers in detailed engineering
  • Designing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning power distribution systems
  • Ensuring functional alignment of designs and disciplines within budget and schedule
  • Providing client advice and coordinating between designs and stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager
  • Regular domestic and international travel.

Over jou

Wat neem je mee?

  • Completed HTS or TU degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a (lead) engineer in multidisciplinary projects
  • Practical and theoretical experience with switchgear, transformers, calculations, and standards
  • Ability to prepare technical reports and test plans
  • Creative, communicative, politically and commercially adept
  • Experience in team management and coaching of engineers
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to work well under pressure and fluency in English, preferably also Dutch.
