Your responsibilities include remote diagnostics, SLA-driven case management for key accounts, and supporting software rollouts. You will also contribute to the knowledge base by writing instructions and manuals, and act as an expert for local and regional service teams. This role is primarily remote, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts, and is essential for maximizing charger uptime and customer satisfaction worldwide.
